Morning exercise – Suggestions


Please read following suggestions before trying these exercises.

This is a series of demanding exercises that will set the blood racing throughout the body. It comprises of following sequence.

  • Shoulder crunches
  • Full crunches involving the core muscles
  • Rolling (1)
  • Walking in sitting position on palms and feet, hips lifted up and looking ahead
  • Crawling like a baby on palms and knees
  • Walking on knees, trunk straight up, looking ahead
  • Walking on palms and feet, head down looking at the floor , hips up in the air
  • Ending with  – Relaxing at the end (2)

(2) Relaxing after exercise
