Please read following suggestions before trying these exercises.
This is a series of demanding exercises that will set the blood racing throughout the body. It comprises of following sequence.
- Shoulder crunches
- Full crunches involving the core muscles
- Rolling (1)
- Walking in sitting position on palms and feet, hips lifted up and looking ahead
- Crawling like a baby on palms and knees
- Walking on knees, trunk straight up, looking ahead
- Walking on palms and feet, head down looking at the floor , hips up in the air
- Ending with – Relaxing at the end (2)
