Counting Breaths

Relax and Manage Stress

I recline in the Dentist's chair and find a notice on the ceiling 'Breathe'  The Eye Specialist says 'Keep Breathing' while measuring the pressure of fluid inside the eyes. The EKG technician checking the heart, tells 'Keep Breathing'. Why do they need to remind us'? Obviously, the doctors found many of us breathing in an unhealthy manner.

I am using this site, primarily, to share the unique method called 'Counting Breaths' to be aware of our breathing. By this simple practice, our healthy breathing pattern is automatically restored. We avoid unknowingly accumulating stressThis simple and easy method works for all ages, 8 to 80+ years.

Initially, you will enjoy the practice lying comfortably in bed, when you need to sleep and on waking up! Extending the practice to the wandering (wasted?) times of the mind and stressful situations, gradually leads to a better state of Mind, Body and Relationships. In about 6 months, you will spontaneously resort to healthy breathing. Stress will be automatically released 24/7. Improvements add up throughout life. Please read my approach

You can test this simple method now, sitting in the chair. You will immediately feel a bit relaxed. You will appreciate its usefulness in helping you relax, any place, any time, in any posture, even while working!
