My goal is to establish these simple, rule free but useful practices to live beyond my lifetime. I would like to share them with as many people as possible. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you need help wherever you may be. We will find a way to work together including e-mail, whatsapp and skype.

Classes are series of sessions to establish ‘Counting Breaths Meditation’ as an integral part of the daily routine. At the same time, we work on the most pressing mind, body and relationship problems, till they no longer dominate.

Seminars

A seminar is an introductory group session to learn and briefly practice ‘Counting Breaths Meditation’ and learn how to make it a part of daily life WITHOUT allotting any useful time for its practice. They experience the the impact of the practice. They get a free brochure which can serve as a reference for home practice. They will be able to practice on their own using the resources in this website or seek further help by enrolling for my classes.

Duration is 1 hour 30 minutes. It can be condensed to an hour if unavoidable. I can do it at the client’s workplace, community center or home.

Solo Classes (5)

The client registers for a block of 3 classes. Mostly for individual adults or children aged 10 and up. Could be for families who commit to at least 3 classes. After the ‘Counting breaths meditation’ practice is well set, they learn one or more of these: how to respond to thoughts, resolve relationship issues, and on how to make meditation a daily practice. . Each class takes at least 1 hour and often extends to 1 hour 30 minutes.
