meetup groups for Beginners and Practitioners

I am happy to announce the formation of meetup groups for ‘counting breaths mediation’. It fulfills the long standing need of interested beginners and the practitioners who wish to refresh, expand and deepen their practice. This meditation helps you to calm yourself anywhere, anytime, reduce stress, improve sleep and enables sustained practice on a daily basis. The sample testimonials showing its immense potential and the complete range of benefits for mind, body and relationships can be seen at (3) (4).

The Groups

Beginners’ group
It is on the first Wednesdayof the month for 1 1/2 hours from 6 to 7.30 pm. This is your group if you did not attend any of my seminars or classes before. You will learn the basics and practice briefly. Sign up at (1).

Beginners & Practitioners (Combined group)
It is on the third Saturday of the month for 2 hours from 2 to 4 pm. This is for both Beginners and Practitioners who may not be able to attend the meetups on Tuesdays or come at night times. Sign up at (6).

Place? We meet at ‘Columbia Internal Medicine’, the office of Padma Sripada MD (Internal Medicine), my daughter (5).

Charges? Attending members donate voluntarily
