In these seminars participants learn all the 6 modes of ‘Focusing on breathing’ by actually practicing each of them for one to two minutes. They learn how to make this practice a part of daily life – from the time one wakes up in the bed, waiting, walking, working, so on, till again lying in the bed, waiting for sleep. The ideal time for the introductory seminar is 1 hour 30 minutes. If time is a constraint, I can do it even in 15 minutes and still make an impact on the participants!
