My goal is to establish these unique practices to live beyond my lifetime. I would like to share them with as many people as possible. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you need help wherever you may be. We will find a way to work together including e-mail and skype.
A Seminar is an introductory session to learn and briefly experience ‘focusing on breathing’ (FOB).
Classes are series of sessions to establish FOB as an integral part of the daily routine. At the same time, we work on the most pressing mind, body and relationship problems, till they become insignificant.
Gentle yoga stretching is for clients who made ‘focusing on breathing’ a part of their daily routine but not regularly practicing any movement. It releases the stresses locked up in the body.
A seminar is for a group. Participants understand the basic ‘focusing on breathing’ modes, feel comfortable practicing them and experience their impact. They get a free folder containing my select handouts (1). They can practice on their own using the resources in this website or seek further help by enrolling for my classes.
Duration is 1 hour 30 minutes. It can be condensed to an hour if unavoidable. I can do it at the client’s workplace, community center or home.

The client registers for a block of 3 classes. Mostly for individuals (adults or children). Could be for families who commit to at least 3 classes. After the ‘focusing on breathing’ practice is well set, they learn one or more of these: simple stretching routines, how to respond to thoughts, resolve relationship issues, eat healthy and meditate. Each class takes at least 1 hour and often extends to 1 hour 30 minutes.
