Reduce Stress at the Bingo by ‘Focusing on breathing’

As told by the husband “My wife and I play bingo regularly. She gets very agitated when losing. Since a few months she has been practicing ‘focusing on breathing’ using the segment mode (1).  Recently when she was losing at the bingo, it was funny to watch her holding her hand up and quietly practicing the breathing!”

(1) How can I focus on breathing?
